We know this year has not been easy. Workers everywhere are feeling the strain of rising costs, inflation, and an increasingly unstable political climate. These challenges affect all of us—on the job, at home, and in our communities. And for our federal members and those who support federal facilities, this week finally brings long-overdue back pay following the government shutdown. Your patience and perseverance throughout this difficult period exemplify the very best of the Metal Trades.
