“We are happy to announce that the members of the affiliates that comprise the APPW MTC have overwhelmingly voted to ratify a new Collective Bargaining Agreement that is effective September 29, 2023 and expires on September 22, 2026!!

Year 1: 17% wage increase for all classifications
Year 2: 3% wage increase for all classifications
Year 3: 3% wage increase for all classifications
$1500 ratification bonus

Healthcare costs have been maintained, benefits (costs) have been redistributed and / or enhanced and there are several minor efficiency, productivity and administrative modifications to the contract that benefit the collective membership.
