Avondale employee, Geraldino Perez-Aquino, 54, was fatally injured on LPD 23 at 7:30 a.m. Thursday. Geraldino was an electrician employed at Avondale since 2007. Our condolences go out to his family, friends and co-workers. An investigation into the accident is underway.
